About Nori HudsonNori M. Hudson, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, Certified Nutrition Consultant and Certified Nutrition Educator, received her education from the state licensed Bauman College, Penngrove, California. She is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (nanp.org); she was a charter member and officer of the first state chapter and also served on the national board. Her earlier education includes a BA and an MS, which she used during her careers at the University of Chicago, Stanford University, and the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory. She has studied massage, cranio-sacral therapy and Jin Shin Jyutsu. In 2004-5, she designed and taught a nutrition class to the medium security inmates at San Quentin. |

Currently, she teaches nutrition at Bauman College (baumancollege.org), at the Hawthorn University (hawthornuniverity.org), at the Albany Adult School (albany.k12.ca.us./adult/), and in the Holistic Health Program at JFK University (jfku.edu), in addition to having a private practice in Berkeley. Nori balances her passion for nutrition with violin and viola, yoga, gardening, hiking, boogie-boarding, and cooking. Her 12 (almost 18) year-old son is one of her strongest advocates. ![]() | ||
